Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome is a charity, and therefore relies heavily on Volunteer support. Our paid team is small and works together very closely. When we look to recruit for paid roles, we take into account the role requirements and compare it to the candidates experience and skill set, as well as the implications of personality, working styles and approach. This transformational project will bring new staffing, professional advice and funding for promotion and marketing to our museum. This project is part of a very focussed plan to drive visitor awareness of our work and increase footfall to the site, to safeguard its future.
